What are your delivery days?

We deliver every Monday and Wednesday of the week. Any special arrangements can be requested via:

What if my fruits arrived as the wrong items, damaged or spoilt?

Please contact us within 24 hours with a photo proof to facilitate a refund.

Can you deliver at a specific timing?

All deliveries will be completed before 5pm. Any specific delivery time request will incur an extra charge. You may contact us for this request.

The fruit I want is not on the website, can I request for my desired fruit?

Yes! We adopt a bespoke shopping experience for our customers. Simply reach out to us via our contact form, WhatsApp or Email with your fruit requests and our team will get back to you shortly.

Can I do return and exchanges?

At Fresh Picks, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer return and exchanges.

Can you do bulk/corporate orders?

Yes. You may refer to our Fruit Subscription page for more information. Or, request for a bulk order via our contact form.

Do you cater for events and parties?

Yes. We offer fruit catering to events and parties, with party bags included per pax. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email with your event requirements.
