Local Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Fee: $6SGD on all orders.
  • Weekday Delivery Schedule: 9am - 2pm, 2pm - 6pm, and 6pm - 10pm
  • Weekend Delivery Schedule: 9am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm. 
Redelivery & Change of Address Policy
If a redelivery or change of address is requested within 12 hours of the original delivery time, a redelivery fee of $25 will apply.

Substitution
Should any flowers, containers, or packaging materials be unavailable, we will thoughtfully replace them with similar items of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall look and feel remain consistent. These substitutions will be made without prior notice to avoid any delivery delays.


Unsuccessful Delivery

If recipient or representative is not present at delivery address during stipulated date and time, the arrangements will be left outside the unit and we will not be liable for any losses or damages.


Wholesale Delivery Policy

At Fresh Picks Co, we are committed to delivering the freshest fruits to your doorstep. To ensure the freshest quality and smooth delivery process, all orders must be placed at least five (5) working days prior to the intended delivery date. This allows our team sufficient time to source, prepare, and arrange your flowers with care.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. We are not liable for issues arising from:

  • Recipient absence
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Inaccessibility of the delivery location

Delivery Days

Deliveries are available every Wednesday & Friday during standard business hours.

For customers requiring weekend deliveries (Saturday or Sunday), an additional delivery fee will apply on a case-by-case basis depending on your order.

Please note that deliveries to areas with controlled or high-security access — including but not limited to Marina Bay Sands, government buildings, and commercial premises — may require advance clearance or approval from the site’s security management.

It is the responsibility of the sender or recipient to coordinate with the respective security office to obtain any necessary permits or access passes. Fresh Picks will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from security restrictions, denied entry, or incomplete clearance. In cases where a redelivery is required, a redelivery fee will apply.

Order Confirmation

Kindly ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate. Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email with the invoice and order details will be sent to you. Please note that a full payment is required to secure your order. You may refer to our Payment Terms for more details.
