At Fresh Picks, we take great pride in providing our customers with fresh, high-quality flowers sourced directly from trusted farms. Each order is carefully packed and inspected to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Because flowers are perishable items, our refund and replacement policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our team.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition. Please note that minor variations in colour, size, or bloom stage may occur due to natural differences — this is part of the beauty of working with fresh flowers.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

If your flowers arrive damaged or in an incorrect wrong quantity, please contact us within 24 hours.
To help us assess the issue, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the flowers and packaging

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same or similar value, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Note: Please note that we are unable to process exchanges or returns for notifications received beyond the stated timeframes — 24 hours for perishable items and 72 hours for non-perishable items.

Non-Refundable Situations

We’re unable to provide refunds or replacements if:

  • The flowers were not cared for properly after delivery.

  • The issue was reported more than 24 hours after receipt.

  • The flowers were custom-arranged, personalised, or made-to-order for an event.

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the order.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations may be made within 24 hours from the time your order is placed.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process any cancellation requests after 24 hours from the date and time of order.

Refunds

Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis depending on the issue. Once we have accepted your refund request, an email with the refund details will be sent to you.
