Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations may be made within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any cancellation requests after this period.
For cancellations, refunds, or any concerns regarding your order, please contact us via email at hello@freshpicks.sg or WhatsApp at +65 8027 4312, and our team will get back to you promptly.
My flowers arrived wilted/damaged. What should I do?
At Fresh Picks, we take great pride in providing our customers with fresh, high-quality flowers. Your flowers should arrive fresh. However, they may appear slightly dehydrated after transportation.
Please contact us within 24 hours if your flowers arrive damaged or in an incorrect quantity.
To help us assess the issue, kindly provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the flowers and packaging
Once verified, we may offer:
A replacement of the same or similar value, or
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
When will I get my order?
Deliveries are available from Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
For customers requiring weekend deliveries (Saturday or Sunday), an additional delivery fee will apply on a case-by-case basis depending on your order.
What are the delivery fees?
- Delivery Fee:
Orders below 50kg - $9SGD
Above 50kg - FREE
Redelivery - $20 - Festive Delivery Surcharge: Additional charges may apply during festive periods such as Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas.
- Redelivery Fee: If a redelivery is required due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect delivery information provided, a redelivery fee of $20 will be charged.
Can I do an exchange or return?
Exchanges can be arranged depending on stock availability and are only applicable if the order received was incorrect or different from what was confirmed.
We’re unable to provide refunds or replacements if:
The flowers were not cared for properly after delivery.
The issue was reported more than 24 hours after receipt.
The flowers were custom-arranged, personalised, or made-to-order for an event.
The customer changed their mind after receiving the order.
Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis depending on the issue. Once we have accepted your refund request, an email with the refund details will be sent to you.
